Frequently asked questions.

  • We do not provide alcohol for our guests, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Please drink responsibly! We’re not responsible for any alcohol-related incidents.

  • The Living Room has seating for 30 people (including the patio). This includes a formal dining table that seats 6 and bar top seating for 4. Stacking chairs are also available for additional seating, if needed.

  • Yes you may! Just contact us first to set up a time.

  • The Living Room rental includes a 75” television with Apple TV and HDMI input capabilities.

  • We will provide you with a check-out task list to ensure the room is decently tidy when you leave. See our checklist.

    If you’re unable to complete the check-out task list, you may choose to pay a $100 service fee instead.

  • The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, and microwave. It does not include a stove, oven, or cookware. Food must be ready to serve, whether it’s catered or brought from home.

  • Pets are not allowed, but we do allow registered service animals.

  • We offer discounts to nonprofits depending on availability. Please contact us for more information.

  • We do not have set hours of operation. But we are flexible and able to accommodate both early morning and late evening events.
